  • Think on beautiful things – commune in nature for serenity
  • Be open to love and relationships – let them develop on their own time
  • Work through difficulties and challenges – don’t try to avoid or escape them
  • Do something fun and creative – maintain balance in your life
  • Be a part of the solution – be a problem-solver
  • Take personal responsibility for your actions – handle your obligations
  • Be accepting of self and others – we’re all in this together and trying our best

Spring is coming soon…just another reminder that the world goes on no matter what we do… so why not make your part of it happier and healthier.  Peace and Joy.

Then graduate school, marriage, raising a family, and work occupied my life 100% of the time, and my writing for pleasure took a back seat. I'm back. Retirement from my professional life as a school psychologist, grown children, and an empty nest have freed me to follow my passion.
